  • FCL (full container load). 20'GP, 40'GP, 40'HC, 45'HC dry boxes, plus 20'/40' reefer, 20'/40' open-top and 20'/40' flatrack.
  • LCL consolidations. Weekly direct boxes to Felixstowe, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Genoa, Long Beach, New York, Sydney, Auckland, Tokyo, Busan, Shanghai, Mumbai and Dubai.
  • Reefer and pharma. Temperature-mapped containers from +25°C down to -25°C, with controlled-atmosphere on flowers and produce.
  • Break-bulk and project. Steel coils, structural beams, power plant components, port crane sections.
  • Intermodal. Rail to Padang Besar / Bangkok, road to Ho Chi Minh and Yangon, river barge into Borneo ports.

How an ocean shipment moves through our desk.

  1. Booking request received — quote re-confirmed against live rate sheets.
  2. Carrier seat booked, VGM and SI cut-off dates issued to shipper.
  3. Trucker dispatched to origin; container photographs taken at gate-in.
  4. Master and house B/Ls drafted, sent for amend before issuing.
  5. Departure milestone with vessel name, voyage and ATD.
  6. Pre-arrival declaration filed; demurrage and storage timers monitored daily.
  7. Delivery order issued to consignee; POD confirmed by photograph or signature.
